Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Alexandre Würsten, trading as MINDZ AUDIO, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@flowraudio.com. This policy applies to the website flowraudio.com and to the FLOWR software. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.

2. What we collect and why

3. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run FLOWR: Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and license service), Resend (transactional email, EU region), Mailchimp (early-access list), Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement), as well as our email hosting provider. They process data on our behalf or under their own policies. Some of them are located outside Switzerland and the EU; where this is the case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@flowraudio.com. If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your language and the origin of the link you came from. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

7. Security

License keys are stored encrypted, requests are protected by encryption in transit, and access to our systems is limited to what is needed to operate FLOWR.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
